About the team 

16 high school students have pushed beyond the lines of academics to work as a team and create a solar powered vehicle worthy of a spot at the Solar Car Challenge in Texas. This student based project has already provided our team members with applicable time management skills as well as team building and leadership opportunities. We cannot stress the level of fulfillment that comes from knowing that we are creating a road for future young minds to push one another beyond the classroom and into the real world.
